I am using the art of Keith Garvey which you can find HERE Please do NOT use this image unless you have the proper licence to do so, you may obtain a licence HERE I am using the PTU kit Broken Wing by Just a Girl Designs which you can find HERE Template 295 by Missy which you can find HERE Font of Choice Open Missy's Template Shift - D to Duplicate Close the Original Delete the Copyrite, Stars, WordArt, Rectangle 1, Half Circle and Small Circle 1 layers Move Small Circle 2 layer to the top left of the circle layer Image - Resize all Layers by 70 Click on the circle layer Selections - Select all - Float - Defloat Copy n Paste Background 1 as a new layer Selections - Invert - Delete Delete the Circle layer Click on the Large Rectangle layer Selections - Select all - Float - Defloat Copy n Paste background 9 as a new layer Select None Delete the large rectangle layer Click on the Oval edge rectangle Selections - Select all - Float - Defloat Copy n Paste Background 4 as a new layer Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none Delete the Oval edge rectangle layer Click on the rectangle 2 layer Selections - Select all - Float - Defloat Copy n Paste background 9 as a new layer Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none Delete rectangle 2 layer Open the tube you are using and place on the rectangle layer Resize n erase any parts if necessary Open Wordplate and paste onto your canvas Image - resize by 30 - Sharpen Place at the bottom of the tube Open CandleWhite-Ribbon and paste on your canvas Image - Resize by 20 and then by 70 - Sharpen Place on the right hand side of the canvas Open FeatherFlower and paste onto your canvas Image - Resize by 20 - Sharpen Place at the top right hand side of your canvas Open FlowerDeco2 and paste onto your canvas Image - Resize by 20 - Sharpen Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - Right - 90 Degrees Open ropedheart and paste onto your canvas Image - Resize by 20 - Sharpen Place at the top left hand side of your canvas Open Notepaper2 and paste onto your canvas Image - Resize by 30 - Sharpen Use your deform tool and place at an angle on the bottom left hand side of your tag Add correct copyright n licence numbers Give everything a drop shadow Merge layers visible Crop if necessary Done!!
