Wanted - PTU

I am using the art of Ismael Rac which you can find HERE I am using the PTU kit Crack Shot by Hungry Hill aka Sarah which you can find HERE Mask of Choice Font of Choice Open a new image 700x700 Open Paper 10 and paste as a new layer on your canvas Add a mask of Choice Merge Group Open Mesh and paste as a new layer on your canvas I colourised mine, Hue and Saturation set to 0 Re size by 75 - Sharpen Position in the centre See my tag for placement Open Target 1 and paste on your canvas as a new layer Re size by 90 and Sharpen Position in the centre of the canvas Open Skyline 2 and paste as a new layer on your canvas Place on top of the Target layer Open the Wanted Frame and paste as a new layer on your canvas Re size by 65 and Sharpen Grab your magic wand and click inside the centre Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 Open a tube and paste on your canvas Position where you think is best Selections - Invert - Delete Keep selected Add a new raster layer Flood fill with a darker colour from your tube Select None Move both layers under the Wanted Frame Change the opacity to the tube layer to Luminance Legacy Merge these 3 layers together Position On the top of the skyline See my tag for placement Open Chalk Outline and paste on your canvas Re size by 50 and Sharpen Position on the bottom of the skyline See my tag for placement Open Bullets and paste on your canvas I colourised mine again Place on the right side of the skyline Open your main tube and paste on your canvas Place to the left of the frame Add drop shadows to your layers Merge Visible Add your correct copyright and licence numbers Save as a png Add your name Save again Done!
