Mermaid's Breeze






I am using the art of Selina Fenech which you can find HERE
I am using the gorgeous PTU Scrapkit by Hungry Hill called Sea Breeze and you can find that HERE
Mask of Choice
Font of Choice

Filters Used:
Xero - Radiance - 128, 50, 128, 52

Open a new image 600x600
Open Frame 2 and paste on your canvas
Resize by 80 and Sharpen
Position in the middle and to the top a little bit
Open the tube you are using and position in front of the frame - Resizing if necessary
Open Splashes and paste on your canvas
Resize by 90 and Sharpen
Position on the bottom of the tube to the left
Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down when happy with positioning
Open Rocks and paste as a new layer
Resize by 90 and Sharpen
Position towards the bottom and erase any that overlap the end of the canvas
Send to below the tube layer
Open Driftwood and paste on your canvas
Resize by 30 and Sharpen
Position towards the left side of the rocks - Duplicate - Image - Mirror
Merge down when happy - Again move underneath the tube layer
Open Beach Grass and paste on your canvas
Resize by 50 and Sharpen - Position on the left driftwood
Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge down when happy
Send below the tube

Click inside the frame with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Open Paper 11 and paste on your canvas
Position in the frame - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None
Move under the frame layer
Open WordArt 3 and paste on your canvas
Resize by 90 and Sharpen
Position above the paper layer and change the blend mode to Overlay
Open Paper 9 and paste on your canvas
Send to the bottom and apply a round mask of choice
Merge Group and move the mask towards the bottom of the canvas
Crop your tag
Apply Xero Radiance to your tube at the settings above

Apply drop shadows to your layers
Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence numbers
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done!
