Xero - Fritillary - 5, 30, 10, 52
Xero - Radiance - 61, 131, 173, 79
Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 84 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position in the centre
Open Element 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position over the previous layer
Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 4
Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer
Open your tube and position - When happy - Duplicate and hide for now
Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move both the paper and tube underneath the frame
Apply Fritillary to your paper layer at the settings above
Open Element 35 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and position to the right
Open Element 47 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position to the top left
Open Element 38 and paste as a new layer
Resize this by 80 - Sharpen and position in the centre
Open Element 14 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right
Open Element 87 - Resize by 80 - Position in the centre of your tag
Open Element 72 - Paste as a new layer and resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left
Open Element 69 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 30 - Sharpen More - Position on the bottom right slightly above the surfboard layer
Open Element 68 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Image - Mirror and position above the chest
Unhide your duplicate tube and make sure it is at the top and positioning in the centre
Open Element 64 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position at the bottom of the tube
Open Element 12 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 20 - Sharpen More and position on the left of the bar
Open Element 67 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Position on the right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down
Apply Radiance to your tube layers at the settings above
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
