Classic - PTU

I am using the art of Keith Garvey which you can find HERE
I am using the PTU Scrapkit Black Velvet by Starz Creationz which you can find HERE
Mask of Choice
Font of Choice

Filters Used:
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White

Open a new image 600x600
Open Black Starz and paste as a new layer
Position on the top left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Flip and Merge Down
Repeat using White Starz but place on the top right
Open Frame 7 and paste as a new layer
Position in the centre -Click inside with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer
Open your tube and paste - Position - When happy - Duplicate and hide for now
Open Starz and paste as a new layer - Position on the top and  move to above the paper layer
Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move all under the frame
Apply Gradient Glow to the starz layer at the settings above
Click on the frame layer - Open Frame 4 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 80 and position - Unhide the duplicated tube and erase the bottom overhanging parts of the tube
Click on the paper layer - Open Swirl and position toward the top
Open heart mobile and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the right of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down
Open Flower and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the right
Open Sparkles - Resize by 70 and position in the centre
Open White Bow and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 -Sharpen - Position on the far  left of the frame
Open LilliHeart and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Image - Mirror - Position under the previous layer on the left
Open White bow - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Place on the bottom right of the frame

Open Paper 7 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
