Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 65 and paste as a new layer

Position in the centre of the canvas

Open Element 48 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Place over the previous layer

Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Place in the centre

Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5

Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer

Open your tube and position - Duplicate and hide for now

Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move both the tube and paper layer under the frame - Unhide the duplicate and erase the overhanging parts of the tube

Open Element 60 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Place in the centre

Open Element 36 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the top left

Open Element 1 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the frame

Open Element 31 - Paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Element 18 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Place on the bottom right

Open Element 34 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 30 - Sharpen - Place on the bottom left

Open Element 54 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Place on the top right

Open Element 6 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Place on the right side of the frame

Open Element 19 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Place on the top left

Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a  mask of choice -  Merge group

Add drop shadows to your layers -  Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
