Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 72 and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 7 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Effects - texture effects - weave - Gap size 1, Width 4, Opacity 4, Weave colour White and Gap Colour Gold - Fill gaps checked - OK

Keeping on the paper layer - Open Element 65 and paste as a new layer - Position on the left - Open Element 64 and paste as a new layer - Position on the right

Open Element 22 and paste as a new layer - resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the top of the frame

Open Element 37 and paste as a new layer - Position on the left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down

Open Element 31 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right

Open Element 87 - resize as before - Sharpen and position on the bottom left

Open Element 18 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Element 1 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and position in front of the previous layer

Open Element 15 and position on the bottom centre of the tag

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre

Open Element 50 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down

Open Element 29 and paste as a new layer - resize by 85 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the tube

Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
