Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 42 and paste as a new layer - Position toward the top centre
Open Element 4 and paste as a new layer - Position on the left - duplicate - image - mirror and merge down - Open Element 45 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 95 - Place in the centre - click inside with your magic wand - Selections - modify - expand by 5 - Open paper 15 and paste as a new layer - Open your close up tube and position - selections - invert - delete - select none and move under the frame - Change the blend mode of the tube to Luminance L
Open Element 5 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the top right
Open Element 38 and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom left
Open Element 34 and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top right
Open Element 24 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and position on the far middle right of the frame
Open Element 62 and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom left - Duplicate - Mirror and position on the right - merge down - Open Element 63 and position on the bottom right - Copy and paste element 62 and position on the bottom left
Open Element 21 - Position on the bottom right - Open Element 3 - resize by 75 - Sharpen and position in front of the previous layer
Open Element 15 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right - Open Element 58 - Position on the bottom left - duplicate - image - mirror - merge down
Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom left - Apply Radiance at the setting above
Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
