Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 149 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the top right of the canvas - Open Element 107 and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 and open Paper 26 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame

Staying on the paper layer - Open Element 138 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position toward the bottom right - Open Element 68 and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom - Duplicate - Image - Flip and Merge Down - Open Element 85 and paste as a new layer - Position toward the top of the frame - Open Element 98 and paste as a new layer - Place on the left - Open Element 115 - Resize by 90 and place along the top of the frame

Open Element 178 - Image - Mirror - Position toward the right

Open Element 186 and paste as a new layer - Place along the bottom

Back up to the top now - Open Element 155 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down

Open Element 124 and paste as a new layer - resize by 85 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open your tube and place in the centre of the tag

Open Element 168 and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom right of the tube

Open Element 74 and paste as a new layer - resize by 90 - Sharpen and place along the bottom

Open Element 163 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Duplicate - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the right of the original - Merge down

Open Element 52 - resize by 50 - Sharpen - Image - Mirror - Place on the bottom right

Open Element 43 and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom of the tag - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above - Open Element 184 - resize by 30 - Sharpen and place on the  bottom left of the wordart

Open Paper 29 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
