Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Red
Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 21 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the top right - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Open Element 12 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the top right - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move both under the frame
Open Element 5 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre of the previous layer - Open Element 25 and paste as a new layer - Position in the top left corner
Open Element 4 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down
Open Element 13 and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre
Open Element 17 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place in the middle of the previous layers
Open Element 30 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position just below centre
Open Element 2 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left
Open Element 28 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down
Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre and duplicate and hide for now
Open Element 13 and paste a as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place along the bottom - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above - Unhide the duplicated tube and erase some so her right hand is over the wordart and the rest of her is below
Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
