Open Element 7 - Rotate - Free Rotate 90 Left - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Open Element 11 and paste as a new layer - Place to the top right of the frame - Open Element 20 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place to the left - Open Element 39 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 54 - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Left - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Element 17 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the far right - Duplicate - Mirror and Merge down - Open Element 47 - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Duplicate - Mirror - Merge down - Open Element 36 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the left - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down - Open Element 8 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 13 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down - Open Element 5 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom centre - Open your tube and place along the bottom - Open Element 45 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the tube - Open Element 14 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - open Element 6 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the top left - Duplicate and place in the centre of the sign on the left
Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
