Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 28 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 56 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Duplicate 3 times and position them next to one another - merge down when happy
Open Frame 5 - Rotate - 90 Left - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Element 12 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place to the left - Open Element 13 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and resize to the far right - Duplicate - Mirror and Merge Down - Open Element 6 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the tag - Duplicate and place below the original - Duplicate - Mirror and position on the top left - merge all 3 together - Open Element 24 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Unhide the duplicated ribbon and place on the top of the large skull - Open your tube and place her in the centre - Open Element 17 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place to the left
Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
