Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 172 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place toward the centre - Open Frame 12 and paste as a new layer - resize by 85 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside all of the frames with your magic wand - Selections - modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 50 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place in the frame - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on top of the window frame layer - Open Element 152 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place on the far left of the tag - Open Element 80 - Resize by 25 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the tree - Open Element 115 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place in the top centre of the red frame layer - Open Element 114 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 20 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the previous layer - Open Element 53 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place in front of the hat - Open your tube and place to the left slightly - Open Element 5 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the window
Open Paper 47 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
