Open a new image 600x600
Open Frame 2 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place to the left of the canvas - Open Element 8 - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place to the top right of the frame - Duplicate and hide for now - Open Element 4 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place to the top right - Duplicate and hide for now - Open Element 9 - resize by 50 - Sharpen and place to the bottom right - Open Element 2 and place in the centre of the canvas - Unhide your duplicated firework - Move to the top - Mirror - Unhide the duplicated flower - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip and position on the bottom left - Open Element 3 and position on the bottom far left of the petal on the flower - Duplicate and place next to the original - Merge down - Open Element 16 - Rotate by 90 Left and place on the bottom left - Open Element 12 and position on the bottom right - Open Element 15 and position on the top left - Open your tube and place her in the centre - Open Element 17 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the tube - Open Wor 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above
Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
