Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 10 and paste as a new layer - Open Element 20 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place toward the top of the paper - Open Element 25 and place toward the bottom of the paper - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move all under the frame - Back to the top - Open Element 15 - Position on the top right of the frame - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down - Open Element 1  - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the right centre of the frame - Duplicate and move under the original - merge down - Duplicate - Mirror - Merge down - Open ELement 13 - resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the frame - Duplicate - mirror - merge down - Open your tube and place in the centre of the tag - Open Element 8 - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Duplicate - Mirror - Merge down - Open Element 39 and place in the centre of the leaves - Open Element 11 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Open Element  12 - Resize as before and place on the left of the previous layer - Open Element 6 and place along the leaves

Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
